Yoga (Morning)

Rediscover your flexibility, sense of balance, mental clarity, and confidence with yoga. Reclined, standing, and seated poses along with breathing techniques will help release tension from the body and to the mind, relieve stress back and neck pain, and improve your stamina. Registration is limited to 20 participants.

Zumba

A workout class that is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Our instructor will teach you all the latest and most modern steps. This is a high energy workout for all ages. Registration is limited to 30 participants.

Hip Hop Dance

Learn dance and express personal style while working on body isolations, control, flexibility, combinations, rhythm, and muscle memory. This is a high energy workout for all ages. Registration is limited to 30 participants.

Sit & Move

This class is exercise in a chair. Strengthen your body, mind, and balance to get the most out of life. Feel good and see improvement regardless of your fitness level. Registration is limited to 15 participants.

Evening Barre

This workout combines the best of Pilates, resistance training, and ballet to tone, strengthen, and shape your body. With a strong focus on posture, this class is designed to increase flexibility and produce long lean muscles. Using only light hand weights and your body’s own resistance, you will tone your body while working at your own pace. A tighter seat, flatter abs, thinner thighs, sculpted arms and a strong core. Classes will resume soon.
