Yoga (Morning)

Rediscover your flexibility, sense of balance, mental clarity, and confidence with yoga. Reclined, standing, and seated poses along with breathing techniques will help release tension from the body and to the mind, relieve stress back and neck pain, and improve your stamina. Registration is limited to 20 participants. Instructed by Alicia Jones

Zumba (Classes will resume in August)

A workout class that is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Our instructor will teach you all the latest and most modern steps. This is a high energy workout for all ages. Registration is limited to 30 participants. Instructed by Chennise Staley.

Tai Chi (Classes will resume in August)

This low-impact gentle movement program keeps your body in constant motion. Often described as meditation in motion, this class will promote serenity through gentle, flowing movements. Registration is limited to 20 participants. Instructed by PJ Paszke.
