Facility reservation are taken by the Administration Office. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Some rental facilities require registration, security deposit, and a reservation fee while others may not. Please note prices and information are listed under each facility.
Moncks Corner Train Depot
The Train Depot is located at 100 Behrman Street, right in the heart of Downtown Moncks Corner. The 100 year old building features original hardwood floors and cargo doors, a full kitchen, and a large covered deck. The freight room is available to rent for half or full days and is supplied with folding tables and chairs. Maximum capacity of the building is 99 guests standing or 75 seated.

Market Pavilion
The Market Pavilion is located at 418 E. Main Street on the same property as the Regional Recreation Complex. Every Thursday, April-December, the Market Pavilion houses the Moncks Corner Farmers Market. This open air building features a fireplace, as well as fans for the warmer months. Maximum capacity of the building is 280 guests seated or 130 seated at tables.

Unity Park
Unity Park is located at 317 East Main Street. The park features a covered pavilion, fountain, and available electricity.
The rental fee for Unity Park is $50, which can be taken to Town Hall with the application.
Lacey Park
Lacey Park is located at 115 West Main Street. The park features a playground, tennis courts, and two picnic shelters. There is a restroom on site.
There is no rental fee for Lacey Park, but an application must be completed and returned to Town Hall to reserve one of the shelters.
Grady Park
Located at 201 Carolina Avenue, Grady Park features a gazebo and large grass area.
There is no rental fee for Grady Park, but an application must be completed and returned to Town Hall to reserve the gazebo.
