The Moncks Corner Police Department is committed to providing the quality law enforcement performance and effective community relations based upon trust. We encourage complaints and/or questions about the Police Department’s performance or the actions of its personnel. All complaints shall be promptly and thoroughly investigated. When a complaint is logged, it will be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate authority for investigation and/or follow-up.
If you wish to file a complaint on an officer or an employee, or if you feel that an officer or an employee has acted improperly, you may register your complaint in the following ways:
- At any time, during regular business hours, you may come to the front desk of the Moncks Corner Police Department located at 118 Carolina Avenue, Moncks Corner, SC and request to speak with a duty supervisor or the department staff when practicable. Staff will assist in supplying the Form MCPD 123 to file your complaint.
- If you cannot come to the Police Department you can call the Moncks Corner Police Department during regular business hours at (843) 719-7930 and you will be assisted.
